The apartment itself is very nice, clean, stylishly furnished, and offers a warm, cozy atmosphere. Everything is well-maintained and designed with great attention to detail—you almost feel at home.
The location is simply ideal: many sights are within easy walking distance, and there are numerous restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby. Whether you're looking for breakfast, lunch, or a romantic dinner, you'll find everything your heart desires right outside the door.
The apartment owner is very friendly, attentive, and helpful—you can immediately tell that his guests' well-being is very important to him. We felt welcome and comfortable from the very first minute.
Our first visit to Rome was a complete success thanks to this accommodation—we fell in love not only with the city, but also with this charming apartment. We would book it again at any time and highly recommend it to everyone.
We (three couples of friends) thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartments. The accommodation was modern, clean, and excellently equipped. Particularly positive aspects include:
• Location: A bit away from the city center, yet ideal – restaurants are within walking distance, and attractions and shops are easily accessible by bus or subway in about 10 minutes.
• Amenities: High-quality furnishings with stylish marble floors. The kitchen is fully equipped, the beds extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms are modern and very well-maintained.
• Cleanliness: Everything was spotlessly clean upon our arrival.
• Host: Very friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth and uncomplicated.
The apartments are perfect for two to four couples of friends. There are two modern bathrooms with rain showers and a washing machine. The windows are soundproof and can be easily darkened using permanently installed louvre blinds.
We would come back anytime and can recommend the accommodation without reservation!

The rooms were spacious and bright. Everything was brand new and in a strategic location. Everything you need is nearby, and public transportation takes you quickly to the city center. The courtesy, helpfulness, and attentiveness of the owner, Cataldo, add an extra touch.
