The apartment is wonderful, clean, well-furnished with all the comforts, including a washing machine, dishwasher, and a good vacuum cleaner. There are two large bedrooms, a spacious living room/kitchen with a comfortable sofa bed, and one thing I find wonderful is the large private parking lot with an automatic sliding gate. The parking lot is inside a courtyard, where we find a small table and chairs under a canopy, perfect for spending time outside on nice days, whether for dinner or an aperitif. To top it all off, Monica is a very kind, polite, and thorough woman. We've been here twice, and I hope to find it available as soon as we have the chance to return to Rome. For me and my family, 5 stars are not enough, and it doesn't deserve much more. 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍 A casa é super confortável, muito bem equipada. Maquina de lavar roupa, máquina de lavar louças, ferro de passar, todos utensílios de cozinha, casa toda climatizada, tudo conforme anunciado no booking. Para chegar até o metrô, tem que andar um pouquinho. Um uber até o Colosseo me custou 19 euros. A região é bem tranquila. Great location, clean and welcoming house. Very helpful owner.
