The room was absolutely lovely, cleaned daily, and everything was brand new. It also boasts an excellent location. Highly recommended.
The bed was large and incredibly comfortable, and the sheets were spotless, which was much appreciated. The bathroom was small but practical, with a shower. A special mention goes to the attentive young man who cleaned our room during our stay—he was incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you so much for your assistance with our luggage.

This is a small hotel with 6 or 7 rooms. The rooms are very clean and modern, with a renovated bathroom and a refrigerator in the room. We were greeted by a very friendly and pleasant woman. There is a small, well-equipped office (refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, sink, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc.) where you can have breakfast, lunch, and more. There are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The neighborhood is very quiet and not at all touristy. The metro and buses are nearby, although it takes 20 minutes to walk to Plaza de España.
Doors (entrance, floor, and room) can be opened via a website link. Of course, you should make sure you have access to your phone. In case of problems, there is a contact number.

We spent three days in Rome. The accommodation is brand new, with excellent cleanliness and service. The location is perfect, in a very safe neighborhood with good public transportation connections, with shops and restaurants nearby. Highly recommended.
