Everything is brand new, recently renovated; the rooms, kitchen, and bathrooms are well-maintained and spotlessly clean. The location is excellent, in the vibrant Pigneto neighborhood (a lot of movies have been filmed there), very close to Porta Maggiore and San Giovanni, and the Colosseum is less than 20 minutes away by public transport, or 15 minutes by car (you can even walk there if you're a good walker, and you can truly experience Rome).
