Overall, great location and value for a family trip to Rome. The room was very spacious as well as access to the kitchen and large bathroom. The other part of the apartment is used by the host, but we never saw them there except for check in and check out. They communicated well, answered questions promptly before our stay, sent out details about location and stay, and stayed in touch via WhatsApp. The location was great. 10 minute walk from Termini station and 15 minute walk to the Colosseum. We got to Termini station from FCO via a train for 14 euros a person. Train ride was about 35 minutes. It very close to the Basilica of St. Mary Major. There are plenty of food options nearby - including a must try if you stay here. F.lli Livio Pizza E Panini Breakfast was also provided. Oatmeal, cereal, bread, cheese, ham, and coffee. We had access to the kitchen with a refrigerator, toaster, microwave, oven. We would definitely stay here again. The accommodation was excellent. Sylvia and Paola were very sweet, smiling and willing to serve us in whatever we needed.
