We stayed in this apartment for two nights in mid-July and had a great time! The accommodation is comfortable and well-equipped: a functional kitchen, a clean bathroom, air conditioning, and very comfortable beds. The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from the Colli Albani metro station and several bus lines. Highly recommended! I had the pleasure of staying at this property and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms are meticulously maintained, clean, and welcoming, offering a totally relaxing atmosphere. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, always ready to meet every need with professionalism and courtesy. The apartment is brand new, tastefully furnished, and equipped with every comfort. Impeccably clean and well-organized, it's very welcoming. The location is also excellent: well-connected to public transportation and close to shops and restaurants, perfect for exploring Rome. The host is helpful and attentive. Highly recommended!

Brand new and comfortable apartments, equipped with everything you need for a perfect stay. They also enjoy a strategic location, being just steps from the metro station, not to mention all the amenities within easy reach, such as a pharmacy, bars, banks, restaurants, shops, garage, etc. The owners are fantastic and attentive to every detail, super available for every need and offering excellent suggestions for your stay in Rome! I would return a thousand times over!! :D
