POSITIVE:
We (backpacker couple) enjoyed this accommodation very, very much! The manager (David) contacted us in advance via WhatsApp and gave us a warm welcome when we arrived. The room was very clean, tidy, and spacious, with a comfortable, large bed, towels, air conditioning, good WiFi, and the option to darken the room completely to block out the morning sun. We had an excellent rest here because it’s super quiet at night. The kitchen is fully equipped, clean, and well organized.
In the neighborhood, you can find a small supermarket (about a 2-minute walk), a good and affordable local restaurant called “New Ciottolo,” and the bus station (less than a 5-minute walk). With bus numbers 46 and 502, you can easily connect to the metro (Anagnina Station), which takes you to the city center. The total travel time is under an hour, including transfers, and costs €1.50 for 100 minutes of travel throughout Rome.

NEGATIVE:
Just keep in mind that it takes some time to reach the city center and return. There was one power cut during our stay, but it was fixed quickly. The location here in Google Maps is about 50m away from the actual place - just walk in to the dead-end street and find number 157 on your left. I definitely recommend this place to easygoing travelers!

Just one night, in a spacious quadruple room, with my wife and kids. The welcome was superb. David was incredibly kind and helpful, from booking to checkout. When we return to Rome, we'll definitely book again.
