We stayed for 5 days in the Sabine Suite and the service was excellent: daily housekeeping and the breakfast buffet were always well stocked. We appreciated everything. Not to mention the location, very close to Unicamillus University. We thank the host of the Sabine Suite who was very kind and helpful. I highly recommend this B&B.

A truly delightful stay in Rome. The apartment is meticulously designed and equipped with everything you need (and more). The breakfast was generous and more than adequate...the desserts made by Carmen were delicious and made you feel right at home! I highly recommend the property for the kindness, courtesy, and helpfulness of Gianluca and Carmen, who make you feel like a welcome and truly pampered guest!

Booked a B&B due to its proximity to UniCamillus (a 10-minute walk). The apartment is elegantly and romantically furnished, spotlessly clean, with a generous breakfast and lots of thoughtful touches to pamper guests. It comes with a private parking space. The bus stop is just a minute away, so the Metro B connection allows you to get to everything. Last but not least, the hosts are very kind.

I HAVE NO WORDS TO DESCRIBE THIS PLACE.
Gianluca and Carmen are two truly impeccable hosts, punctual and helpful. The accommodation was also impeccable: clean, meticulously maintained, and very comfortable. We stayed four nights and felt pampered like at home. In the evenings, when we returned, there were always carefully prepared appetizers and desserts waiting for us (I've attached a photo). This is truly an excellent place to stay near Rome, because despite being a little further out of the city center, it's close to the ring road, making getting around easy. I'll definitely be back and highly recommend it.
