I stayed for four days here. I slept like a baby and I was treated like a king. Valeria and Riccardo were really nice, and the breakfast was both abundant and pleasant. The location is strategic: the train station isn't far, and also historical center is nearby. To me, having a walk to reach the Arch of Constantine and the Forum after a breakfast and a chat with the owners was relaxing. Moreover, you can tell that Riccardo and Valeria really put effort and passion in decorating the rooms and organizing the house, even with the details. "Customer satisfaction"? Oh, yes! Therefore, my final verdict is six stars out of five. Valeria is truly the best, sweetest guide I have ever had! Her knowledge, passion and attention to detail on our Rome tour was outstanding! My husband and 3 step kids learned so much on our tour, and are still raving about it! She took us to not only the popular attractions, but introduced us to hidden gems, delicious local restaurants and not to be missed sweet treats! If you are looking for an amazing, memorable tour in Rome, you MUST contact Valeria, she is truly the BEST!!! A perfect place to stay while in Rome! Clean, quiet and everything you need for your st

A Roman friend told me about Garbatella and after a little research I found Unexpected Rome's walking tours on the area. I'm so glad that I did! Valeria is trained in architecture and her passion and knowledge really shine through. This area is off the tourist circuit but has so much to offer anyone with an interest in architecture, history, design and photography.
