Briefly but to the point: - very clean and tidy - new renovation - spacious kitchen studio + bathroom - very reasonable price: that is, location + renovation for such money is probably difficult to find The owner is very customer-oriented. The plane I flew to Rome was delayed by 3 hours, accordingly, the time we had previously agreed on for the settlement was moved. The owners adjusted their schedule and arrived when it was convenient for me. In addition, I decided to return from a business trip earlier, and asked about the possibility of a refund. And to my surprise - no problems. For which it is especially nice I will definitely come back again Had the best time staying here! The location is spot on—super easy to get around and close to everything. But the real stars are the hosts, Francesco and Giulia. They’re an awesome couple who went above and beyond, giving me all the best tips on where to go, eat, and explore. Seriously made my trip so much better! Felt totally at home, and I’d 100% stay here again. Great location and the hosts were awesome - very welcoming and gave the best local tips. Would book again!
