New, clean, neat room with its own bathroom. The price is super! A very nice owner. The best recommendations!! The room was spotlessly clean, with all the comforts you could need. There's also great attention to detail: simple, functional yet effective furnishings, modern, state-of-the-art security systems, and a courtesy kit of water and breakfast for two. The host was always available for any eventuality, displaying an impeccable level of seriousness and professionalism rarely seen in a host. I highly recommend this place; I'll definitely return on my next trip to Rome. Everything was perfect. The room was spotless and the staff were very helpful. I highly recommend it. A very well-run and friendly establishment. We asked to arrive three hours earlier that morning and were welcomed perfectly. The room was very clean, and there was access to a shared kitchen (with basic amenities). Public transport is literally right outside the building, and we were in the center of Rome in 25 minutes. The building is located close to all amenities. The only slight drawback was the soundproofing, which wasn't ideal. We highly recommend it. Very nice room! Clean and modern! Augustinos very helpful
