The apartments are simply wonderful. Everything is there for a comfortable stay. Comfortable beds, appliances work. The location is incredible. Quiet street. 15 minutes walk to the Vatican. Shops nearby, cafes too. Souvenir shops on a parallel street. Bus stop 1 minute walk. Very happy to have found this apartment. We stayed in an apartment near the Vatican and were extremely satisfied. The apartment is very clean and cozy. The space is perfect for three people - two adults and a child, everything is thought out for a comfortable stay. A big plus is the ability to choose how to eat. The apartment has everything you need for cooking: an electric stove, a kettle, kitchen utensils, dishes - you can cook at home without any problems. At the same time, there are many cafes and pizzerias nearby, where it is tasty, convenient and very close, you can quickly walk and enjoy the atmosphere of the area. The location is a big plus. It seems that this is a very cozy and quiet place where you can relax, have breakfast in atmospheric cafes without crowds of tourists. I rented this apartment with my mother during my vacation from July 18 to 23, 2024. Vasyl met us right at the apartment, showed us everything, guided us around the area, and was very polite and friendly. I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent condition of the apartment - everything is new and clean. We received a modern renovation, a convenient location, a large grocery store nearby, where there are also various small household goods, places to eat, air conditioners in the living room (which is combined with the kitchen) and in the bedroom, which is very convenient. The apartment had an ironing board and iron, an umbrella, a dryer for washed clothes, and a washing machine, which we used, as well as shampoo, shower gel, and white towels. In fact, there were many different small amenities that I won't even mention right away. I felt like I was in an expensive, high-class hotel. I recommend this apartment if you plan to travel around Rome/Vatican. The photos/videos on the website are accurate. Thank you!

Wonderful apartments a few minutes walk from the Vatican. Equipped with everything you need for living. The apartment is carefully maintained, clean. The bed and large sofa are comfortable, comfortable mattresses. The bathroom also has everything you need from cosmetics to a hairdryer.
Convenient location, a few minutes walk to the bus stop or train stop. For those who like walking, it will take 20-30 minutes to get to the central part of Rome.
There are various cafes, restaurants and a supermarket around.
The owner, Mr. Vasyl, is very friendly and communication with him is always available.
I recommend the apartments to all tourists who will feel very comfortable here.
