1) Both the house and the neighborhood are authentically Roman, allowing for an immersion in the Roman ethos. This is complemented by easy access to the city center via public transportation.
2) The interaction with the owners was excellent, both before the trip (we had to adjust dates), during (with very interesting/practical suggestions for visiting the city), and afterward.
3) From a logistical standpoint, the house is very well-equipped. It has a garden and parking space as an extension of the house itself, which makes arriving and staying in the city much easier if traveling by car.
The apartment is meticulously maintained, impeccably clean, and has everything you need for cooking and making a good coffee. Although the house has been renovated to meet guests' needs with a modern touch, it's nice to see how some of the furniture and objects are period pieces, true to the property's name.
A special mention also goes to the owners: Michela and her father were extremely kind and able to accommodate our needs with the courtesy and professionalism of those who do their job with passion.

The apartment exceeded our expectations – beautiful, well-maintained, and furnished with a true Italian flair. If I ever imagined a typical apartment in Italy, this was it! Every detail was meticulously crafted, and the interior ambiance made you want to spend time there.
The charming garden was also a huge plus – the perfect place for a morning coffee or a moment of relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. The location was also excellent: close to public transportation, shops, and everything you need for a comfortable stay in Rome.
I wholeheartedly recommend this place to everyone – it's the perfect blend of Italian charm, comfort, and hospitality. We will definitely be back! 🌸🇮🇹
