Comfortable and spotless. I couldn’t leave a review on Booking so I’m doing it here. First of all. This small hotel runs on minimum manpower. Is it good or bad? I’m not the one to judge. It works for me. The checking in is done online through a website (don’t worry,it’s safe) and is very simple. The room - a cozy and very spațios place. You get a large king size bed, a sofa, a wardrobe (behind the bed), a table , and a chair (I’d be nice to have 2 though). The AC is very good and the water pressure in the large bathroom is strong (A great find for Italy). Almost forgot, there’s also a mini fridge (which I think should be mentioned in the room description, we used it quite a bit) plus a safe. Service - friendly and minimal. Don’t expect a 24/7 front desk. You get complementary coffee, tea, and water. Cleaning is done every day (if you wish so). The communication via messages is fast and the staff/owner are friendly. Location - East side of the river Tiber. 4 minutes from the train station (we thought it would be a bit risky at night but it was cleaner than we thought and very safe) it takes about 15 minutes of leisure walk (we traveled with our toddler) to the Colosseum.
