The apartment was as pleasant as being at home. It was spotlessly clean and equipped with every comfort, even more than you could have imagined. The area is quiet and has all the necessary amenities, including nearby garage parking. The host, Andrea, is very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

I stayed in this apartment for 4 nights with my parents, aunt, and sister (5 people in total). The apartment is exactly as pictured, large, clean, and equipped with every comfort: Wi-Fi, AC in all rooms, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, coffee maker, smart TV with all major streaming platforms, board games, books, 2 sofa beds in the living room, large closets and shelves in the 2 bedrooms (with extra sheets, pillows, and blankets), air fresheners at the bedroom outlets, and extension cords with multiple outlets.
Numbered paid covered parking is available in the garage of a building next door.
Excellent location, well-served by all means of transport, and full of amenities.
Andrea, the owner, is definitely the icing on the cake: reliable, polite, kind, and thoughtful.
To give you a better idea: he provided me with "Borbone Oro" capsules for the coffee machine (because the pods I had weren't suitable for his Nespresso machine) and installed DAZN on the smart TVs in the living room and bedroom to save me from having to carry a smart dongle.
I travel a lot for work and pleasure, and I've stayed in many apartments; this is definitely what you could call a truly lived-in, complete apartment, as if the owner lived there all the time.
And Andrea knows what hospitality means.

It was an excellent accommodation, the perfect area to relax after a hectic day in Rome, the apartment is extremely spacious, immaculately clean, 2 large bathrooms, the balcony with a table and chairs, the kitchen equipped with absolutely everything you need, 2 large bedrooms and extremely comfortable mattresses, everything was perfect. Andrea (the owner) a top 10 person, offered to wait for us at the airport so as not to waste time even if it was 10 p.m., and he helped us get to the airport on the day of departure even if he had to wake up at 5 morning for us. We will definitely come back here! Grazie mille Andrea!

A truly pleasant stay. The apartment is spacious, comfortable, bright, clean, equipped with everything you need, and conveniently located. (You can easily reach Trastevere on foot in about half an hour and the center of Rome in about forty minutes. But if you prefer to take public transportation, bus 170 passes right by the apartment, and there's a taxi stand in a small adjacent square.)
There are two large bedrooms with truly comfortable beds. A very nice kitchen and a cozy living room with a queen-size sofa bed. This, along with the two bathrooms, means the apartment can comfortably accommodate more than four people.
The area is fairly quiet, but it's well-equipped: supermarkets, a bakery, shops, bars, a pharmacy, etc.
Andrea's helpfulness (who went out of his way to accommodate our needs) made our vacation perfect.
I wouldn't recommend it because I don't want to find it occupied next time I return to Rome :D

Without a doubt the best accommodation I've stayed in all these years. Finally, a truly clean apartment, even for someone like me. The apartment is very spacious, fully equipped, even with my own coffee machine. The mattresses are extremely comfortable, and there are two bathrooms. The location is perfect for walking to Trastevere, the city center (bus 170 is right outside), or for events in EUR. Supermarkets, a good pizzeria, and an excellent restaurant are nearby. But the best thing about the apartment is the owner, Andrea, who was our guardian angel throughout our stay. We'll be back!
