We had a truly pleasant stay in this vacation home. The accommodation is well-maintained, clean, and equipped with all the necessary comforts! The location is excellent and convenient for reaching the center in just a few minutes. The windows are soundproofed, which is very important to me... and the owners were also very kind and gave us advice!

Fantastic stay! The apartment is simply wonderful: immaculately clean, meticulously maintained, and truly welcoming. We immediately felt at home. It's equipped with every comfort and is perfect for relaxing after a day exploring Rome.
The location is excellent, very convenient for getting around the city and easily reaching the main attractions.

We enjoyed our stay in Rome. The apartment is exactly what you see in the pictures. The decoration and the cleanness made us feel like home. Andrea, our host was receptive, helpful and friendly. He helped us with recommendations about restaurants near the apartment. Our favorite one was the bakery at the corner. We enjoyed delicious pastries and "lattes machiados" :). We were touched by the gesture of finding a bottle of wine for us to enjoy. Very sweet! We are definitely coming back! Thank you Andrea! Felice Anno Nuovo 2026.

We had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect, the place is well-maintained and clean. The host is a wonderful person. I would recommend it to anyone considering staying here.

We stayed at this B&B and had a really positive experience. The apartment is in a very convenient location, just a short walk from the Via Boccea market and close to all main services and transport links. Despite the lively area, being on a high floor it is very well soundproofed, making it quiet and relaxing.

The apartment is spacious and well maintained: three large bedrooms, well-organized spaces, and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, whether short or long.

One of the highlights was definitely the hosts: kind, helpful, and always available to meet guests’ needs. We also really appreciated the welcome gift (a bottle left for us upon arrival) which was a very thoughtful touch.

Highly recommended, I would definitely stay here again.
