Alessia was very nice and always available.
The apartment was very clean and we appreciated a lot that the basic necessities were present as bottles of water, salt, cookies, olive oil, shampoo , city maps, food recommendations etc.
The location was great. 20 minutes walk to the colosseum and 10 min walk from the foodie-area Testaccio and the trendy Trastevere.
San Saba felt as a residential area in the middle of the amazing Roman heart .

Studio apartment was spotless and very modern. Plenty of outlets, fast wi-fi, modern hvac, and a washer/dryer combo were much appreciated. On a quiet, safe street which is very walkable and close to the Metro.

Modern and spacious apartment (#50) that can sleep 4. It has a full kitchen with a dishwasher and a Lavazza espresso machine. Has a washer/dryer and most of the amenities you need. Located on a quiet street, but only a 5 min walk to the Pyramide metro station, and a short walk to several cafés and restaurants and pharmacy. Check-in was easy with keyless entry. Highly recommend!

Superb accommodation for our 5 nights in Rome. Spotlessly clean, newly-fitted ground-floor apartment thoughtfully laid out with a very well-equipped kitchen. Nice touches such as coffee capsules and slippers provided helped make it feel like home for our stay. Comfortable bed and sofa, and a screen helps to divide the large studio space.
Location suited us perfectly - easy 31 minute train from FCO airport then a 12-15 minute walk from train station (Eataly next to it). Metro stop 6/7 minutes walk from the apartment, the Colosseum is a 20 minute walk, similar time to Trastevere. Neighbourhood feels calm and safe with eateries and supermarket nearby.
Communication from Alessia was excellent - friendly and speedy. Contact-free checkin process is smooth, efficient and secure. Would not hesitate to stay here again on a future visit.
