Everything was fabulous with Gianni, highly recommended. Great location, new rooms with refrigerators. The bathroom is outside the room, but that's no problem. For breakfast, you have self-service, with various items, coffee, milk, juice... and the kitchen and living room are perfect for enjoying them. The terrace has great views. Thanks for everything!

The room was on the fifth floor with its own private balcony. On the same floor, there were shared rooms with a shared bathroom, but our room had a private bathroom, which provided great privacy.
The kitchen was shared by the entire floor.
The view from the balcony was very beautiful.
There is no elevator, so luggage must be carried up the stairs.
There were only a few breakfast options, and you have to prepare it yourself. There were few vegetables.
A pleasant surprise was that they had peanut butter — full respect for that!
The location is central to all attractions.
It was worth the amount paid. Considering the price and the services offered, I give it an excellent rating.
In my personal opinion, if luggage transport to the floor were available, and if the breakfast had more variety — such as more vegetables and oat milk — the rating would go up to "very excellent.

This guest house is prefect ! We had a great Time, and the location couldn't be better. You Can Do everything by walk and Gianni, the Host, is amazingly friendly ! I highly recommand this place !

What an amazing place to stay! Fabulous hosts, wonderful facilities, perfectly located to all of the major monuments! You couldn’t get a better place to stay in Rome! A wonderful breakfast is included and you have access to the most incredible balcony overlooking the rooftops of Rome! I have stayed in Rome on other occasions and this is the best place that I’ve ever stayed in! I will not hesitate to stay here again when I come back next year and the year after! Thank you Gianni for your wonderful help and hospitality during my stay!

Gianni.sonnino who is the owner of this wonderful guest house could not do enough for us.. I would happily stay here everytime I come to Rome.. Absolutely superb in every way
