The room was on the fifth floor with its own private balcony. On the same floor, there were shared rooms with a shared bathroom, but our room had a private bathroom, which provided great privacy. The kitchen was shared by the entire floor. The view from the balcony was very beautiful. There is no elevator, so luggage must be carried up the stairs. There were only a few breakfast options, and you have to prepare it yourself. There were few vegetables. A pleasant surprise was that they had peanut butter — full respect for that! The location is central to all attractions. It was worth the amount paid. Considering the price and the services offered, I give it an excellent rating. In my personal opinion, if luggage transport to the floor were available, and if the breakfast had more variety — such as more vegetables and oat milk — the rating would go up to "very excellent. What an amazing place to stay! Fabulous hosts, wonderful facilities, perfectly located to all of the major monuments! You couldn’t get a better place to stay in Rome!
