It was a very pleasant stay in Rome with my sister. The check-in process was very easy and smooth, thanks to Yleina’s kind help. When we arrived, it was quite late in the evening, but she kindly helped us get an amazing take-out pizza. The place is newly renovated, spotless, and located in a lovely neighborhood. If I have the chance to visit Rome again, I would definitely love to stay at Charme Holidays Puccini again. Brilliant and convenient room in a great area. Everything was incredibly clean and easy to deal with. Big up to Ylenia the host, for being so accommodating and kind at such short notice. This was the best experience I had on my trip. The room was immaculate and newly renovated. It is a 5 minute walk to the metro. It was perfect! I had the pleasure of staying at Ylenia's Charme Holidays Puccini, and the experience was truly excellent. The property is meticulously maintained: welcoming, elegant, and impeccably clean, an environment that makes you feel instantly at ease. Ylenia is an extraordinary host, extremely kind and always available. It was a truly wonderful vacation. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Rome and feel at home.
