The stay was more than pleasant. The apartment is equipped with every comfort, a private garden, and luxurious interior finishes. It stands out for its cleanliness and excellent location, just minutes from the Vatican. The owner, extremely kind and helpful, provided an exceptional welcome.

The place is beautiful, clean, spacious and fresh (AC), we had one of the best rests after a long walk through the Vatican. Titti is a wonderful host, she received us with great advices and helped us with reservations for taxi and restaurants.

The b&b is close to the south section of the Vatican if you take the exit next to the b&b door, if you are going to the Vatican museum consider extra walking because it is located on the uphill north section, it is also close to the train Station “Stazione S. Pietro” just be aware you might have to walk uphill for two blocks to arrive the main building entrance.

Titti is a super host, was in constant contact via WhatsApp to make sure our stay was enjoyable and comfortable. The Rooms are a respectable size with en-suite, and shared common area of living room, kitchen and garden between three bedrooms.

Very close to the Vatican, maybe 5 minute walk, and you can see it when using the building's rear exit. The Train station is also very close allowing you to easily get in and out of the city centre, although there was a bit of chaos for us due to strikes taking place in the city - if unsure you can book train tickets online to save yourself the hassle.

If I come back to Rome or any friends are planning on visiting I will be recommending this property!

It is an amazing property located in the heart of the city. Very near to Vatican city and other attractions. Walking distance to the train station and bus stop. The property is sparkling clean. There is a beautiful garden and fully functional kitchen too. Special mention to landlord Titty who is an awesome woman. She is very helpful, attentive and guided us pretty well.
