This place is known for its hospitality; Giovanna is friendly and welcoming. As soon as we arrived, she made us feel at home and offered plenty of advice to make our stay pleasant and comfortable. The property is located within a quiet, secure complex of several buildings. The room and bathroom are renovated and spotlessly clean. We stayed for a weekend using a Smartbox, which was accepted and handled properly, without any problems. It can accommodate up to 4-5 people, as there are two bedrooms—a double and a triple—and a bathroom. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel at home, get advice from locals, and avoid the chaos of the city center. An unforgettable stay! We were delighted by Giovanna's kindness and attentiveness, her helpfulness, and her invaluable advice for exploring this wonderful city. We also appreciated the tranquility, cleanliness, comfort, and location of our room. The breakfast at the café downstairs was excellent, the neighborhood is very picturesque, and Giovanna recommended some great restaurants. I highly recommend it and we will definitely return. During your stay, you'll have the opportunity to stay in a truly clean and welcoming property. The surrounding area offers several dining options, and the bus and metro stops are just steps away.

The area is full of places to dine, even if you don't want to use public transportation.
Breakfast is served at a café below the apartment, and it's delicious! A wide variety of pastries, drinks, and even a selection of savory items.
Mrs. Giovanna and her husband were incredibly kind, helpful, and, above all, excellent guides for exploring Rome and making the most of our time. They provided us with a practically perfect itinerary, tailored to our stay.
The convenience of being able to come and go at any time is a plus.
