Absolutely fantastic! Rooms are clean and tidy, very modern and minimalistic. Beds are very comfortable, and the aircon keeps the room at the perfect temperature.The room also has a television with assorted streaming services. There is a small kitchen with a stove, a sink and a fridge, where you can make your own meals, and there are two large supermarkets nearby.

The bathroom is very neat, and the shower is versatile with several directional modes and a hand shower. Our room had an outside patio with two deck chairs and a very nice table. The room also has a large double bed, a single bed up in the loft area, and a pull-out couch. There are plenty of restaurants in the area, and the lovely host, Marisa, is happy to give recommendations! Marisa speaks Italian and her English is also very good.

The price we paid for our stay was very fair, probably one of the best prices you can get for this area. There is a bus stop right outside the accomodation that makes travel easy- just make sure to tell the bus driver to stop there! We had two bus drivers skip it because it's a small stop. There is another bus stop about 500m away along a pedestrian street. These two stops make it easy to reach tourist attractions. The location is also easily accessible by car, with parking available.

The accommodation is within a secure gated area, which gives a feeling of safety and privacy at all times, especially at night. The parking is also private and secure.

Marisa is very friendly, chatty and helpful, and also very detail-oriented. She provided us with detailed information of the area and was always happy to answer any questions we had. She made our stay infinitely better in every way! I would return in a heartbeat!

A wonderful experience! The host was extremely welcoming, communicative, and always willing to help. The accommodation was impeccable — clean, comfortable, and beautifully arranged. We felt right at home and will definitely return! Another important aspect was the security and the private parking, which made our stay even more comfortable. I highly recommend it!

Absolutely great accommodation in a quiet part of Rome. The wonderful lady owner is very willing to explain everything and give advice. Transport to the center of Rome can be solved by public transport - fast, cheap and close to the accommodation.
The apartment is excellent and fully equipped.
I will stay here again on my next visit to Rome
