Palazzo Goldoni has truly become our home in Roma—and all the more meaningful because this was my first visit to Rome. From the moment we arrived, everything felt warm, seamless, and deeply personal. The location—just steps from Via dei Condotti and the Spanish Steps—puts you right in the heart of the city, yet once inside, there’s a sense of calm that immediately makes you feel at home after a day of exploring. What truly set our stay apart was the exceptional service of the Filipino staff, led by Divina and the rest of the crew. They were consistently friendly, efficient, and genuinely accommodating, delivering excellent service to our entire group with grace and professionalism. Every request was handled promptly and thoughtfully, and their warmth made Rome feel familiar and welcoming from day one. Palazzo Goldoni strikes a beautiful balance between Roman charm and quiet elegance. The rooms are comfortable and well-appointed, the atmosphere intimate, and the service personal without ever feeling intrusive. It never felt transactional—it felt sincere.
