My colleagues and I had the honor and pleasure of meeting Mrs. Mary over the phone and then up close. The first thing you notice when you walk in is the smell of cleanliness and freshness, not to mention the rooms are always clean and towels are changed daily. She takes impeccable care of her guests. We returned to the lady because we feel at home, and it's no small thing to find such professional people. What a shame there are only 5 stars, because she deserves 10 stars.

The property is very close to the metro station. The room was incredibly comfortable, spotlessly clean, and there was a wide selection for breakfast. The woman who runs the B&B was immediately incredibly kind and helpful, even before we started our trip—the epitome of hospitality. Thank you, Mary, for this first-class experience.

I stayed at this property for 3 nights with my boyfriend. I don't usually leave reviews, but this time I really have to. Maria is definitely one of the strong points of this property: the way she welcomed us, her efficiency, her friendliness, and above all her immediate availability to meet our every request or need. The cleanliness of the property was IMPECCABLE, and the breakfast was SUPERB, with fresh croissants straight from the bakery every morning. The location is perfect for those who want to visit the city, with the metro and buses a 3-minute walk away, excellent restaurants recommended by Maria herself, and various shops. In short, this property will be our regular stop every time we're in the area. A wonderful stay that I recommend to everyone.

And what can I say???? A top-notch stay, it truly felt like home. Mary's helpfulness and hospitality were fabulous, spotlessly clean, and the breakfast was delicious, just what we wanted. For a Calabrian in Rome, I can say that's already a top rating.
