We loved our stay here! Davide, the host, is very friendly and caring, he made sure all our needs were met and made us feel truly special throughout our stay by sharing local tips and checking in to make sure we were comfortable. The apartment itself is a work of art — spacious, beautifully designed. It was perfect for the three of us. We were lucky to celebrate the New Year at Loft29, it was an incredible experience as we were surrounded by fireworks and the view from the balcony was purely magical. The location of the apartment is excellent, it is just a minute away from a metro station and the neighborhood is very good. We would be more than happy to return to Loft29 when we’re in Rome again! While this place is everything it claims to be, what makes it a highly recommended place to stay is the host. Davide is kind, very communicative, and is really passionate about delivering an experience during your stay. He is readily available and cares about adding value to your time in Rome. His recommendations were a huge help and made life a lot easier. Although not necessary, I really appreciated the gift and morning coffee we had in a cafe across the street. He helped us so much, lots of rich information for everything one could possibly need. Cultural info, sightseeing info and every restaurant recommendation was perfect.
The apartment is great, either for a long or short stay, we stayed for 3 weeks and it was like a home away from home.
Location is ideal, it's in a residential area rather than tourist central but plenty of easy public transport options - right next to the metro and lots of bus lines.
If you're going to Rome, I cannot recommend enough.

LOFT29's convenient location made it easy to take the metro to the city center and reach the Vatican within a ten-minute walk. Davide personally welcomed us to Loft29 on the 1st day and gave a detailed introduction to all the usage details. LOFT29 is comfortable, quiet, and safe, reflecting Davide's tasteful decoration, making it feel like home and very relaxing.
Additionally, the breakfast place and Roman specialty restaurants recommended by Davide were very unique, allowing us to taste genuine Italian cuisine. Davide also thoughtfully arranged transportation to the airport for us at the end of our stay. His care made us feel like we were being looked after by an old friend. We are truly grateful.
If I or any of my friends visit Rome again, we will not hesitate to choose LOFT29 and see our friend Davide once more.
