Lovely Neighborhood. Lovely building. Great Location I thought.. The room and house in general was also nice. GREAT COMMUNICATION. They have the best online bot and whenever needed the bot refers to the host right away... that was amazing. The place has a kitchenette which was also amazing. On the down side, our shower had a drainage issue... when I notified the host, they could have been more apologetic.. it wasn't my fault and was a large inconvenience, but anyhow, they did send someone over to fix it. Also, you can't hear the city but you can hear anyone outside the room at the slightest sound and that woke us up quite often. Thats why I am not giving them 5 stars but in general, it was nice and I am glad we stayed there. ps: The room is exactly like the pictures and the restaurant right below it is the very best I ate at.

Everything is clean, modern, and newly renovated. Shops, cafés, and a small market with fresh fruits and vegetables are nearby—very convenient for a comfortable stay. We stayed as a family of three and especially appreciated that the rooms are separate, making our stay even cozier. We slept wonderfully—there were no unpleasant odors or noise from neighbors, which is rare for central locations and historic buildings. Maybe we were just lucky, but it was a pleasant surprise.
The kitchen is small but cozy, and the host thoughtfully provides coffee. It is shared between three apartments, but during our stay, we never encountered anyone there. Perhaps it was just good timing, but it felt very private and comfortable. If this detail is important to you, it’s best to check with the host in advance.
Check-in is done online—quick and convenient. All important details and specifics, are provided during the check-in process. If something is particularly important, you can discuss it with the host in advance. Fabrizio is always available and happy to assist with any requests.The apartment is on the second floor, with an elevator for easy access. A parking lot is just a two-minute walk away, but it’s best to reserve a spot in advance, as availability may be limited.
