Exceptional stay at master Trevi I’ve stayed at several master properties, but this one truly feels special. Beyond the unbeatable location, everything about the place stands out - the design, the attention to detail, the signature scent as you walk in, and the incredibly comfortable bedding. Honestly, it feels like something out of an Armani-designed hotel. The lounge bar, open throughout the day (with wine served in the evening), is such a lovely touch. But what truly made the difference was the warmth and attentiveness of the team. I can’t recommend master Trevi enough, and I’ll definitely be back. The atmosphere of a place is created by the people❤️ The hotel is located near the main tourist attractions, yet is tucked away and very quiet. It has a lovely patio where you can spend time. The cleanliness and all amenities are perfect. Breakfast has everything you need in the morning. In the evening, you can enjoy wine and a small snack. Most importantly, however, in my opinion, the staff is very friendly and helpful. Everyone cares about their guests and always smiles. The atmosphere is truly unique. A huge, heartfelt thank you to Lorenzo and the rest of the team. They are the definition of professional. Extremely knowledgeable about the city and were always happy to point us in the right direction or share a local tip that made our day better.
Traveling with three kids can be chaotic, but the hotel was such a peaceful, impeccably clean oasis to return to. One of our favourite parts was the afternoon nibbles in the reception area—it was such a thoughtful, welcoming touch that the whole family looked forward to after a long day of walking.
If you’re heading to Rome, stay here. The service is outstanding, the vibe is friendly, and the staff truly goes above and beyond to make your stay perfect. We highly, highly recommend Master Trevi and can't wait to go back!
Special thanks to Michael and Marie for welcoming us and giving us a free room upgrade throughout our stay, to Lorenzo for being the nicest person ever and checked on us when the smoke detector went off as I was cooking steak inside the room, and Rodolfo for trying to wake us up to make sure we make it to the airport in time on our last day.
